These are the governing documents of Chesapeake Manor. Originally established in 1968, these documents have seen several revisions through the years, so please read carefully.

Also known as "house rules," this document is currently under review and will be updated to reflect current information within the next couple of months.

Lease Application

Application must be completed and returned to Management Company, with applicable fees, as outlined in the document. All applications MUST be approved by the Board of Directors prior to tenancy.
